For the shipment we work together with DPD. Together we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. This is often within 1-3 working days, if you order before 6 p.m., your order will often be delivered the next day! If you have not received your order after 4 days, please contact our customer service.
Returns
After receiving your products, you have 14 days to notify us if you want to return the products. To do this, download and print the withdrawal form online. When you have reported that you wish to return the products, they must be demonstrably returned within 14 days efthymios.nl.
The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 10 days after cancellation.
